Lunch, Free of Charge

I do not compromise choosing good ingredients, 

I do not use unhealthy cheap food for our meals. 

 - I thought I should state this somewhere in this blog in case some of you might have doubt about what I would cook because if I were a guest who would receive food for free, I first doubt why it was free, maybe there would be mass-produced unhealthy ingredients in the dish.... 

 I prepare food for you as same as I do for my family

 As I am a regular employee of a company, raising two daughters (one is still in the oven, actually) like to travel sometime and go back to Japan once in a while, I am not a millionaire by today, unfortunately. 

 However, I would like to support locals without damaging theirs and our finance situation. In result of making this website and run "Kleine Kantine Haarlem" all by myself, changing cosmetics brand to reasonable ones, saving basic utility as much as we can, trying to buy bulk from local markets, utilizing old clothes and trying to make anything as much as I can etc... I am able to make a tiny piggy-bank full enough to make lunch for 20-40 people once a month. 

When things are going smoother and better, I am aiming to prepare lunch more often. 

Also when the COVID-19 is calmer and our baby in the oven is out to our amazing world, I would like to have more exciting plans with locals.

 So yes, let me hear your opinions and ideas at any time to make our community better place!
